We have a variety of fun activities right here in camp for you to enjoy. Whether whiffle or frisbee golf, fishing or an impromptu music jam, finding ways to spend your time with us is easy.
Events
In keeping with our roots, Yellowrock Campground is host to a series of square and round dances each summer in partnership with Solo Stars. Our cushioned maple floor is one-of-a-kind.
Camps
Outdoor adventure camps and scout troops love our dry camping sites. This is perfect place to help young people practice living light on the land with the necessary amenities nearby. Contact us for more information.
Classes
Shoulder seasons are perfect for learning. Partnerships with the University of Montana and local public schools allow students to explore the unique ecology surrounding our campground. Their work has resulted in important streamflow data and insights into the riparian ecology of Lolo Creek.
Summer 2024 Dance Schedule
Organized through Solo Stars and hosted by Yellowrock Campground. The 2024 dance schedule features a variety of weekend opportunities with various callers & cuers from around the country. Dances also take place at the Lolo Community Center. Dancers who plan to camp, please contact us in advance to book your reservation.
